Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or are marked as delivered but you cannot find it.
We encourage all customers to track their orders and to contact USPS immediately once becoming aware of a problem.
Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn't have to be ripped open.
We try to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us, and if this is available, a non-refundable fee will be charged for the rush.
We try to accomodate all orders and event dates when possible if notified at time of placing the order.
Due to the “made to order” status of all of our items, our shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee.
RTS are handled per case depending on individual situations.
As stated on our page, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.
If an RTS is approved, shipping fees to return items back to us are not included. Buyer is responsible for sending items back to us with tracking and insurance if returning outside of the United States.
