What happens if USPS loses my package?

Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or are marked as delivered but you cannot find it.
We encourage all customers to track their orders and to contact USPS immediately once becoming aware of a problem.

Can the mini piñatas be filled with candy?

Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn't have to be ripped open.

Can I have my item sooner than the expected turnaround time?

We try to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us, and if this is available, a non-refundable fee will be charged for the rush.

What happens if my items are delayed?

We try to accomodate all orders and event dates when possible if notified at time of placing the order.
Due to the “made to order” status of all of our items, our shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee.

Do you accept RTS?

RTS are handled per case depending on individual situations.
As stated on our page, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.
If an RTS is approved, shipping fees to return items back to us are not included. Buyer is responsible for sending items back to us with tracking and insurance if returning outside of the United States.

Adorable and unique! I already placed an order for another. Love it so much! Nice way to give a gift in a fun way other than a traditional bag or box.

Bought this to hold a friend’s birthday gift of a necklace and it was absolutely fab! Well-constructed and the perfect touch of whimsy to really make the gift a little more fun. Would definitely order from this shop again in the future.

These are great! There were delays with shipping, but the seller was responsive. If you’re not in a hurry, go for it!
