What happens if USPS loses my package?
Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or are marked as delivered but you cannot find it.
We encourage all customers to track their orders and to contact USPS immediately once becoming aware of a problem.
Can the mini piñatas be filled with candy?
Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn't have to be ripped open.
Can I have my item sooner than the expected turnaround time?
We try to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us, and if this is available, a non-refundable fee will be charged for the rush.
What happens if my items are delayed?
We try to accomodate all orders and event dates when possible if notified at time of placing the order.
Due to the “made to order” status of all of our items, our shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee.
Do you accept RTS?
RTS are handled per case depending on individual situations.
As stated on our page, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.
If an RTS is approved, shipping fees to return items back to us are not included. Buyer is responsible for sending items back to us with tracking and insurance if returning outside of the United States.

The cutest gift for my dental team during Dental Assistant week. The item was well crafted and so unique. Had minor issues with the shipping and delays in tracking and receiving but everything still arrived before the event.

I have repeatedly ordered from this seller and their pinatas never disappoint! They look exactly like the pictures and a perfect size for a mini pinata. My only suggestion would be a little more packaging inside the box because unfortunately how the box is handled during delivery is out of their control. Please note that this is a very busy seller so be sure to allow plenty of time for turnaround and shipping. If you have a specific timeline, be sure to contact the seller before purchasing. I've had great success with this order and look forward to my next.

My piñata never came. Just sitting in Florida with postage ready. I emailed and never heard back. My kid lost his first tooth and now I’m scrambling to make a new plan. 😢🥺
