What happens if USPS loses my package?
Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or are marked as delivered but you cannot find it.
We encourage all customers to track their orders and to contact USPS immediately once becoming aware of a problem.
Can the mini piñatas be filled with candy?
Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn't have to be ripped open.
Can I have my item sooner than the expected turnaround time?
We try to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us, and if this is available, a non-refundable fee will be charged for the rush.
What happens if my items are delayed?
We try to accomodate all orders and event dates when possible if notified at time of placing the order.
Due to the “made to order” status of all of our items, our shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee.
Do you accept RTS?
RTS are handled per case depending on individual situations.
As stated on our page, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.
If an RTS is approved, shipping fees to return items back to us are not included. Buyer is responsible for sending items back to us with tracking and insurance if returning outside of the United States.

Oh my goodness this piñata is adorable! Its high-quality from all angles and will be a wonderful gift for my younger sister! I ordered it a month in advance before her birthday and it arrived in about three weeks. In my worry over if it would arrive on time, I messaged the seller and they responded with when it was shipped out and the tracking number. I got it later that week -perfectly wrapped- appropriately labeled as fragile in its box with adorable small business stickers on it :) inside the piñata was safely wrapped in gift paper and covered in an easy to clean and super cute confetti paper i ended up reusing. What the heck that was so cute i seriously could have given it as a gift as it was shipped which is wonderful. Thank you for the high quality piñata it is going to be adored and on display :D
