What happens if USPS loses my package?

Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer liable if the items get lost or are marked as delivered but you cannot find it.
We encourage all customers to track their orders and to contact USPS immediately once becoming aware of a problem.

Can the mini piñatas be filled with candy?

Unless otherwise noted in our item description, all of our mini piñatas have a trap door where treats can be placed inside. The trap door allows for easy retrieval so the mini piñata doesn't have to be ripped open.

Can I have my item sooner than the expected turnaround time?

We try to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us, and if this is available, a non-refundable fee will be charged for the rush.

What happens if my items are delayed?

We try to accomodate all orders and event dates when possible if notified at time of placing the order.
Due to the “made to order” status of all of our items, our shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee.

Do you accept RTS?

RTS are handled per case depending on individual situations.
As stated on our page, we do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.
If an RTS is approved, shipping fees to return items back to us are not included. Buyer is responsible for sending items back to us with tracking and insurance if returning outside of the United States.

Cute gift, I can tell it was made with care!

I order the pinata on Nov. 17. I got a shipping notice that I should expect it Dec 17-20. Great! I didn't need it until the 28th. I still hadn't received it by the 27th. :( They were very nice about it, but it wasn't in time for my brother's 50th birthday.

Loved it! My girlfriend really needed to "bash" in her ex's head haha!

I bought this as a gift for a friend and she loved it! The seller was very quick with the responses when I sent my photos to work off of and when answering my questions!
